I'm sorry I've been so bad about updates. I'm going to blame it on now having two kids.
Getting Ready
The bridal party was getting ready at the Argue's and the guys were eating lunch, watching football and getting ready at Evan and Blake's. The day didn't start off too well. First, the make-up artist got in a car accident that morning and ended up at the hospital. She was fine and the guy doing our hair was able to find a fill in at the last minute.
Jud's parents were going to watch Miller and Miles for the day and bring them to the church later. Right as Jud and I were getting ready to leave the house, Miller fell. He was just running from the kitchen to the living room (bare feet on the wood floor) and fell. He didn't trip on anything, just fell. As I ran into the room, I saw Jud's dad lean over and pick something up off the floor and say, "Well, he knocked out a tooth.". Yep, Miller hit the floor and knocked out one of his top front teeth. He was a little shaken up and I was even worse. I felt so horrible that I had such a bad reaction. I knew that he was ok, but I think the stress of the wedding and the fact that I knew that he wouldn't have a tooth for the next however many years ... I just couldn't keep it together. We finally both calmed down and I headed over to my parents once Miller was back to himself. So, yep, the ring bearer was going to be missing a tooth and have a busted lip. It could have been much worse. At least he was ok and it was great that Dentist Grandpa Max was there to tell us that we just needed to go to a dentist sometime that next week.
I was so proud of Evan and her temperament during the wedding weekend. Even with these two wedding day hiccups she stayed calm, happy and no where near a bridezilla (even though she looks like one in the picture below).
