Jud coached Miller in t-ball again this year. The boys chose the name for the team - Fire. Miller is really starting to understand the game and it's fun to watch! Yep, Jud forces Miller to bat as a lefty hoping it will further his game when he gets older. He's about average left handed - not too shabby. He seems to be pretty fast too.

Easter
Again, I am way behind but better late than never. Thanks for bearing with me so I can document our life in order. I hope to catch up eventually.
We had a lot going on Easter week. It all started with Palm Sunday and the boys waving palm branches through big church.
My neighborhood moms group had a Easter egg hunt at a park. Here are the boys with the Easter bunny.
Miles at his school Easter parade to take his flower and put it on the "living cross" at chapel.
Church Easter egg hunt.
Easter morning - the Easter bunny was very generous.
As usual, we went to brunch at Royal Oaks after church. The bunny was there to greet us as we got out of the car. (Strangely, it was a busty bunny this year)
Love these handsome boys. Miller is so cool!
Jud's parents joined the Argue crew this year.
The Argue clan
LOVE.
After brunch we went back to my parents and had our own little egg hunt in the back yard.

Family of Five!!!
Well, if you don't know by now then you are out of the loop. We are expecting baby #3! I found out I was pregnant two days before we left for Argentina. So, no Malbec for me on that trip. My due date is less than 5 weeks away, October 13.
We did a little family gender reveal party, mostly for the boys. They were so excited to find out if they were having a brother or sister. Since I'm 36, I did some genetic testing (via blood test) very early on. Thank God, everything came back normal. The blood test also told us the gender. I placed an order at a bakery and had the genetics counselor call the bakery and tell them male or female. Then the bakery made a cake with blue or pink icing in the middle. Therefore, we all found out at the same time.
Here we are super excited as I started to cut the cake. I just love the look on each and everyone's face in this picture. I will treasure this moment forever. The boys really understood that pink meant girl and blue meant boy. What is it??????
A BOY!!!!
Yep, a family of three boys and we couldn't be more excited. Jud is excited about his foursome for golf and I wouldn't change having boys for the world. God made me a boy mom and I'll take every crazy minute of it! If we are going to be at the baseball field, we might as well just stay there a little longer, right?
The boys were so excited! Just look at the smile on Miller's face.
We took some pictures in the bluebonnets with blue balloons to announce to friends and family that we were having a boy! I can't wait to see what #3 will look like. I'm betting on red hair. Why not have one of each?
Of course we had to stick with an "M" name. So, we are looking forward to meeting Mayes Jackson Martin in just a few short weeks. We just like the name Mayes since it's different and Jackson is a family name that goes way back on my mom's side.
Spring Break in Durango
We spent Spring Break in Durango with our friends the Shokrian's and had so much fun. Jud and Jeff skied while Miller took lessons.

Miller has turned into quite the skier. He was doing greens with daddy by the end of the trip. I can't wait to get out there with him. It makes me smile that he loves it as much as Jud and I do.

We took a sleigh ride with the kids from the bottom of the mountain. The boys got to sit on the horses before we left.
Here we are on the sleigh. Miller was covering up his nose because the horses were stinky. I just love this picture - I might have to frame it!
The romance starting early. Miller and Sophia sitting in a tree...
We went to the Glacier Club sledding hill one day. The snow was so hard compared to Christmas so it was super fast.
Miller took a bad face-to-ice digger and skinned up the whole right side of his face. He was such a trooper after a few minutes of screaming.

Miles was better in the snow this time, but still not loving it.
Miller and Sophia eating snow.
The boys did the bungee trampoline at the bottom of the mountain again. They just love it and go so high!
We pulled out the fire pit on the deck and had some yummy smores!
What a fun trip with great friends! The Shokrian's recently moved to San Antonio and we miss them like crazy. That just means more trips like this are in our future.

Rodeo Season
Still catching up....
The end of February and beginning of March mean only one thing in Houston . . . Rodeo. I just love this time of year. We started off Rodeo season with Rodeo Round-up at Miles' school. Pony rides, petting zoo, crafts and BBQ. What else can you ask for?
Miller with his buddy Katelyn from Pre-K 1.
Then Miller had a Rodeo Dance at his school. It was so cute watching them do all the dances they learned. Miller's partner was Libby. Her mom said she was so excited when she got Miller as a partner.
Chicken Dance
Miller and his teacher Ms. Denise. We just loved her!
We took the boys to the Houston Rodeo Livestock Show and Carnival again this year and had so much fun!
The big slide!
After two years of chickening out, Miller decided he would do Mutton Bustin' this year. If you aren't familiar with Mutton Bustin' it's a competition where children 5 & 6 years old ride/race sheep. Here he is giving us the thumbs up right before his turn.
Getting on his sheep.
Holding on for his life. He didn't make it but half way down the arena, before he started sliding to one side and fell off.
He had so much fun and it's such a hoot to watch. Here are all the kiddos that went with him getting their certificates.
Roller Coaster with Daddy and loving every minute of it!
I absolutely love this picture even though it's blurry. I love that they both have their mouths open and are having the time of their life! What's better than this?
After the carnival we took the boys to the big rodeo. We only lasted about an hour but they had so much fun watching the bull and bronc riding. This is what the boys looked like sitting in their seats with all the stuffed animals they had won playing games at the carnival. We did not help them win, they won all these on their own.
