Lake Days

We spent Mother's Day weekend and Memorial Day weekend at the lake. Miller had so much fun! He loved seeing all the boats and riding in "JoJo's big boat".
We set up his baby pool on the patio so he could play in the shade.

Miller rode the Seedoo with Daddy for the first time and loved it.

Trip to Minnesota

We went to visit Jud's sister and her family in Rochester, MN for a long weekend in early May. We had a ton of fun and packed a lot into a short visit. The best part was watching Miller play with his cousins.

Miller excited to watch Bekah's dance recital.

One of Kara's friends took some family pictures for us since we were all together. We had great weather and got some great pictures of the fam.

Such a love bug!

Having fun with daddy.

Before we left, we went to the Mall of America in Minneapolis. Miller and Bekah rode lots of rides and had so much fun. Mom was done after the first ride on the Dora bus.

School Carnival

Miller's school (our church) had a small school carnival to raise money for a new playground. Of course Miller's favorite part was the pony rides. Maybe he will grow up to be a cowboy.

Grandpa & GraMary Visit

Grandpa and GraMary came to visit in April. It rained most of the time they were here, but the day they left it was really nice. We went to the zoo that morning and we rode the train for the first time. It's now Miller's new favorite thing!

Counting to Ten

I had no idea he could count past three and all of a sudden he just kept going.

Counting to ten at 19 months.

Easter Sunday

We had a great Easter Sunday! The weather forecast said it was to be stormy all day, but the clouds opened that afternoon to a beautiful Spring day.

The Easter Bunny came!

We went to church and then to brunch at Royal Oaks. Here's the whole clan at the club. JoJo, Noni, Blake, Evan, Miller, Katie (Evan's best friend from high school), Lindsey and Jud.

Our little family.

Miller actually sat in the Easter Bunny's lap, but he wasn't quite smiling.

Easter Egg Hunt

Our church had an Easter Egg hunt on Saturday morning. Miller had so much fun.

He's not quite sure what to think of the Easter Bunny.

He actually got the hang of the Easter Egg Hunt, but he really enjoyed just running around and opening all the eggs.

Say Cheese!

Baking Easter Cookies

Carly Lee invited Miller and a few other kids over to bake and decorate Easter cookies the Friday before Easter. Miller had so much fun with all the girls. We can't wait until baby David Lee joins in the fun next year!

Miller and Anne Louise Clark rolling out the dough.

Align CenterHere we are all baking away. Miller really enjoyed decorating the cookies. Actually, he liked eating the jelly beans the best.

Anne Louise Clark, Miller and Lilly Smith. The Clark twins were so good and slept the whole time. Next year they can join in the fun.

Miller - 19 Months

Since we haven't had Miller's pictures taken in six months, we decided to just take him to the mall to get some done. It was easy, quick and cheap. I think they turned out pretty good.

He's such a big boy.

Look at that smile.

Rodeo Time!

Jud took an afternoon off work and we took Miller to the Rodeo for the first time. We had such a fun day!Miller went on the pony rides and is still talking about it. He just randomly says "pony".

Mommy and Miller with the pony. Miller is waving at Daddy.

I'm a farmer.

Miller loved the petting zoo the most. He walked around to every animal and gave them each a love pat. Here he is hugging a deer.

He's petting a goat. We had to drag him out of the petting zoo after 20 minutes kicking and screaming. Next year, I'm sure we will be going on all the carnival rides. He was only 1/2 an inch too short to ride some of the big rides this year.
